These pouches are designed to store much of the 'admin' gear that is attached to leading Army units in the field.
A pair of chunky YKK zippers opens the pouch wide open to reveal its contents. Both the rear and front of the pouch has hard inserts so you can rest a notepad firmly within and still be able to write on it. The middle of the pouch has 2 removable panels - one hosts a GPS holder with a notepad slot on the back and the other has a row of pen slots with another notepad slot on the rear. Should you not need these, they simply pop out with snap domes and you have a general utility pouch.
A really well built pouch with tons of storage options. A great choice for anyone map keeping on the trail hunting, hiking or leading soldiers in the field.
